TSTT’s Enterprise Division recently hosted a function for its valued business-critical employees at Pier 1. The event appropriately named “DRIVEN....DRIVEN to Excellence” was a celebration of the Company’s high-powered performers who have provided yeoman service to business customers over the past year.

blink | bmobile has, over time prided itself as the first and only local telecommunications service provider to offer “quintuple play” services which speaks to the offering of Mobile, Broadband, Voice, Entertainment and Security products for customers in Trinidad and Tobago.

As a result of the level of cell phone penetration and the strong presence of the bmobile brand, most customers are familiar with mobile services and remain unaware of the unsung heroes of blink | bmobile’s Enterprise Division who have the responsibility for business customers, to whom the Company offers a sophisticated portfolio of equipment and services for voice and data needs.

Executive Vice President for Government and Enterprise Services, Rakesh Goswami noted that “the idea of being Driven to Excellence speaks to having ambitions that are internally fuelled, because the only way you know of doing something is to do it to the best of your ability and you are always finding ways to strengthen that ability.” He noted that he recognized those qualities in the persons being acknowledged for their service to the Company.

“Government and Enterprise Services is an important vehicle for executing our serving strategy and the persons being honoured this evening are at the tip of that spear. We want you to continue to be a champion advocate for businesses and state entities that are pushing to become more efficient at serving the respective customers” Goswami said as he urged them to continue their good work.

Thrizyl Nandoo copped the award for Top Sales Account Manager for 2013/2014. Highlights of her performance over the past year include exceeding her revenue target by 5% and exceeding her sales target by 60%, closing major deals for PBX solutions with Government and private sector organisations while managing a debt ratio of 0.07%.

Thrizyl had this to say about her secret to success, “I proactively plan how I go about achieving my goals whilst delivering the highest standards of customer service in our competitive market. I am fully in tune with the needs of my customers and embrace any new methods that may improve my performance”.

Other persons being recognized on the evening included Dion Fermin, Vanessa London, Alton Marshall and the Vigilance Staff who all performed exceptionally in their respective areas. blink | bmobile continues to provide communications solutions that help our corporate customers solve challenges related to increasing revenue, improving productivity and reducing costs.
