The blink | bmobile Burn for Carnival 2015 kicks off in the North tomorrow, Tuesday 13th January at the Queen’s Park Savannah and in the South on Wednesday 14th January at SAPA from 5:00PM. This is the perfect platform for people who want to get fit, not just for Carnival but are ready to make some lifestyle changes.

The blink | bmobile team have put together a 5-week fitness programme that will consist of energetic and fun-filled work-outs with Trinidad and Tobago's top fitness instructors. For additional inspiration, participants will also enjoy nutrition tips, links to the most popular fitness apps and surprise visits from some top celebrity guests. Also on the agenda are weekly challenges with attractive giveaways.

The blink | bmobile Carnival Burn will be held weekly throughout Trinidad and Tobago. Tuesdays at the Queen’s Park Savannah, Wednesdays at SAPA and starting Monday 19th January, the team will meet at a different branch of Fitness Centre. Sessions in Tobago will be held on Thursdays, commencing January, 22nd, 2015.

“The arrival of the Carnival season is always seen as a great incentive to jump start yourself into getting in shape. This year we’d like to help people feel good about continuing to stay in shape and see the benefits of looking at fitness and wellness as an important but fun lifestyle decision. We hope that by giving participants tools and information over the five weeks about very simple routines they can follow to stay in shape, the binge training habit will be eliminated. We want people and their loved ones to enjoy the lasting benefits of their fitness decisions” said Graeme Suite acting Head of Public Relations and External Affairs at blink | bmobile.
