Bmobile delivers on its Promise for Cricket World Cup 2007

Bmobile has delivered on its promise to send 80 children to the ICC Cricket World Cup 2007 warm up matches. The children of St. Mary’s Children’s Home, St Dominic’s Children’s’ Home, St Michael’s School for Boys and Kids in Need of Direction have been given the chance of a lifetime to sit and be a part of the very first Cricket World Cup to be hosted in the Caribbean.

Starting today March 5, 2006, ICC CWC warm up matches will be hosted at the Frank Worrell grounds on the University of the West Indies campus. With games between South Africa and Canada, Pakistan and Ireland, Ireland and Canada and Pakistan and South Africa, these pre-game warm up matches promises to be an exciting precursor to the group stage matches scheduled to start on March 15, 2007 at the Queen’s Park Oval.

Bmobile, an official sponsor of the ICC CWC 2007 is also offering its customers the chance to be a part of the Cricket World Cup excitement through its “Hit them for Six” promotion currently being advertised. Through this competition, bmobile customers will have the chance to win from the lot of 100 tickets being given away by Trinidad & Tobago’s number one mobile network.
