bmobile puts some spring in Christmas’ step

With world famous phones and millions in prizes and airtime at stake, some would argue that other than Christmas Day itself, one of the most anticipated events of the season is bmobile’s big Christmas promotions. “When customers tell us that from as early as October, they begin looking out for your company’s promotion you know you’ve got a reputation to live up to” says TSTT’s Camille Campbell, acting Head of Mobile Marketing.. She said Christmas gave bmobile the opportunity to pull out all of the stops and ‘wow’ customers. “People want to be spoiled at this time of year, we never really grow out of that wide-eyed childhood euphoria so bmobile takes the opportunity to bring out the latest, feature-drenched handsets from the world’s most reputable manufacturers.”

Motorola’s fresh new Moto V8 and Moto Z6 created a stir worldwide and TSTT’s customers have first access to the exotic handsets locally. “For some people it’s only the thought that counts, but the gift says a lot about what you’re thinking” said Campbell with a smile. She boasted that bmobile also had new handsets from Sony Ericson’s best-sellers list including the SE W580, SE W610, SE T250a and SE S500. “Customers who purchase handsets will also have a chance to win all expense tickets to Plymouth Tobago Jazz Festival 2008.”

But swanky new handsets do not, a promotion make as Campbell was quick to point out. “Bmobile customers have the unique opportunity to win part of over TT$1M worth of fantastic gifts including a dreamy Toyota Rav4, a Home Entertainment System with 42" Plasma Screen; a 32" LCD TV; Sony Vaio laptops; Play Station III consoles, digital cameras; mobile phones and car kits.” Campbell also confirmed that bmobile planned to give away more than 2 million minutes of airtime to customers. ”Everyone is guaranteed to get something” she beamed.

As if that were not enough a special bmobile Christmas caravan will make a whistle-stop tour of the country from Port of Spain to Princes Town and West Mall to Scarborough. “This is our real gift to the nation” said Campbell. She explained that the caravan included exciting Parang performances and tons of Chocolates, biscuits, sport bottles, bags and much more which will be freely shared with the public. “With Carnival right around the corner, we felt the need to pack as much fun and cheer into this Christmas season as another way of saying thanks to the people that give us the drive to move ahead – our customers.”
