QRC's cricket program gets a hand from C&W

Cable and Wireless gave the cricket development program in Queen’s Royal College a US$1,000 boost when it donated several pieces of cricket gear to the school. West Indies fast bowler Mervyn Dillon presented the items to captain of the QRC cricket team Justin Guillen and team mate Ato Bekoe, on behalf of Cable & Wireless. The presentation was made before the start of the one-day matches played in Trinidad between the West Indies and Australia.

During the annual C&W cricket series, C&W has been providing cricket gear to various schools throughout the region as part of its strategy for promoting the continued development of cricket in the West Indies.
