bmobile today announced the launch of its new app, bmobileGo, a user-friendly, convenient platform that enables customers to manage their accounts in one simple secure mobile application.

Building on the functionality of those platforms, bmobileGo gives users a refined interface to make payments and access bmobile’s services. With a debit or credit card, customers can pay bills, purchase and forward top-ups and buy prepaid bundles all within minutes. They can also view bill balances and transaction history, link multiple bmobile accounts, and query their bills.

“Previously, we offered online mobile top-ups and b-online which only allowed people to pay their bills online. These are digital services that are offered on separate platforms, however, customers were still required to call our contact centre or visit a bmobile store for services beyond top-ups and online bill payment,” said Kashif Greaves, TSTT Senior Manager, Marketing and Promotions. “bmobileGo is an improvement which allows for so much more to be done using one free online application.”

The app allows usage monitoring for effective account management. People can easily keep track of their minutes, bundles and data usage to inform decisions about their mobile packages/expenditure.
